The second largest city by population in Orange County, Santa Ana has over 330,000 residents, and is considered one of the highest density cities in country. Santa Ana has the highest number of latino residents, with over 78% of residents calling themselves Hispanic or latino. It is home to the county government, with many courthouses also located here.

Santa Ana is centrally located in the county, is home to one of the biggest shopping malls and has many small businesses within its borders. It is close to transportation corridors since it borders the 5, 55 and 22 freeways, and has a vibrant downtown.

Like other older communities, the house is diverse. There are many high density buildings and there are more tenants than owners in this city. The rent range is rather narrow and competition for tenants is strong.
